At Prime Time Events, your comfort, safety, and experience matter to us. This Photo & Video Policy explains how photos and videos may be captured and used at our events, while honoring personal boundaries and consent.

Photography at Our Events

Photos and short video clips may be captured during Prime Time Events experiences for promotional, marketing, and recap purposes. This includes use on:

  • Our website

  • Social media platforms

  • Event recaps or future promotional materials

Our goal is to showcase the energy and atmosphere of our events, not to make anyone feel uncomfortable.

Your Comfort Comes First

We are committed to creating respectful, affirming environments.

  • Photography and videography are conducted in a professional and respectful manner

  • Explicit or compromising images are never captured or shared

  • We prioritize wide shots, ambiance, and group moments

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please inform a member of our team upon arrival. We are happy to accommodate and will make reasonable efforts to respect your request.

Paint & Passion Events

Paint & Passion experiences are intentionally curated to be grown, sensual, and tasteful, never explicit. We place a strong emphasis on privacy, comfort, and consent. Guests may not record or photograph our models unless permission is clearly granted.

Please note that participation in any photography or video content is always voluntary.

Guest-Captured Content

Guests are welcome to take personal photos and videos during the Social Edit series events. We kindly ask that you:

  • Respect the comfort and consent of others

  • Avoid capturing individuals who have expressed a preference not to be recorded

Consent & Attendance

By attending a Prime Time Events experience, you acknowledge that photography or video may occur in shared spaces. Attendance constitutes general consent for the use of images where individuals are not the primary focus.
